Help with your order

I want to cancel an order
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us here with your details and we will issue a refund.

However if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please contact us for help with our Returns procedure.

I want to amend an order

If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

UK Delivery

A charge is made for delivery and where possible will be sent by next day if order received before 2pm GMT and subject to availability.

Reel to Reel tapes are all produced on demand and so you will need to allow a minimum of 2 weeks after order.

All orders are shipped directly from our headquarters. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Quoted delivery times are to mainland UK.

Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

International deliveries will incur extra charges and will be sent by the quickest possible route depending on the territory

On rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published timed windows due to reasons beyond our control.

Warranty

We guarantee all our recording mediums with a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not include downloaded files.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period contact us here or call Customer Support on 0800 232 1513 between 08:30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and quote your order no.

My order is damaged

If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Returns procedure . We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

To enable us to process your refund, please ensure all items are returned in original packaging and include all original content. Any missing items may delay your refund.

Once received, we will send you an email confirmation and refund you via the original payment method within 7 working days.
